Hereby, the supplied company referred to as "Client" explicitly consents to the use of its logo, company name, project-related data, graphics, photos, and texts by succus. Comunicazione Srl, hereinafter referred to as "Company," for reference purposes.

1. Purpose of Consent:

The consent is granted for the use of the mentioned materials for reference purposes in various media and platforms, including but not limited to META, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and Google. Furthermore, the material may be used in presentations, newsletters, mailings, and on the company's website.

2. Scope of Consent:

The consent extends to the use of logo, company name, project-related data, graphics, photos, and texts in connection with the client's project for marketing and advertising purposes.

3. Details of use:

a. Website:

• Detailed project presentation on the company's website using logo, company name, project-related data, graphics, photos, and texts.
  b. Social Media, Newsletter, presentations and mailings:
• Brief project presentation on social media, newsletters, presentations, and mailings using logo, company name, project-related data, graphics, photos, and texts.
• Client's full name and logo may be used in all mentioned media and channels.

4. Withdrawal of Consent:

This consent may be withdrawn at any time by written revocation via PEC (Certified Electronic Mail) or by postal mail. In the event of withdrawal, all publications related to the reference will be deleted. In the case of printed media, the revocation will be considered after a reprint.

5. Data Protection and Confidentiality:

The Company undertakes to treat the transmitted data confidentially and to use it exclusively for the agreed reference purposes.

6. Validity Period:

This consent is effective from the date of signing and remains valid until revoked in writing.

Any changes or additions to this consent require written form and the consent of both parties
